Industrial Transformation Asia Pacific 2019 (ITAP-2019) was held in Singapore from 22 to 24 October 2019. In 2019, for the first time in the history of the exhibition, a united pavilion of Russian companies was presented. The work of the pavilion was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation together with the State Corporation «Rostec» and the Russia-Singapore Business Council, Received the status of official partner from the organizer of the exhibition - company SingEx Holdings Pte Ltd. More than 70 Russian high-tech companies - leaders in their branches took part in the work of the pavilion: More than 20 were presented in separate stands and more than 50 in virtual catalogue format. Holding companies of Radio Electronic Complex «Rostec»: “Shvabe”, “Ruselectronics”, “Avtomatika” were presented at the exhibition stands.

The Russian delegation was headed by Rainev V.S., Director of the Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Borisov A.A., General Director of JSC « Ruselectronics » and Pronin S.E., Deputy Chairman of RSBC, Executive Director of LLC “RSTradehouse”.

Within the framework of the business programme, bilateral and multilateral meetings and negotiations were held on the margins of the exhibition, resulting in more than 300 targeted contacts of the participants of the business mission, and all exhibitors of the Russian pavilion are presented to foreign partners. High-level talks were held with key development institutions in Singapore, such as the National Business Development Agency of Singapore, the Singapore Economic Development Agency, the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, the Singapore Digital Development Agency, SingEx and Deutsche Messe. The meetings discussed the issues of localization of foreign production in Russia, transfer of technology and exchange of competences, promotion of Russian technologies in Singapore and third countries of Asia Pacific region, simplification and acceleration of standardization and certification between EEU and Singapore.

In addition, Russian delegates travelled to Singapore’s innovation facilities, namely the laboratories and R&D centres of Singapore’s leading universities and institutes. The delegation visited the showroom of Russian technology, where the staff of the Foreign Promotion Center of Russian High-Tech Companies and Presentation of Investment Projects in Singapore presented to the participants of the business program its possibilities and the permanent exhibition exhibition.
