The 36th Singapore International Film Festival was very successful — a record number of completely sold out screenings (44) were recorded, and attendance increased significantly compared to last year.

Singapore's industrial production increased significantly in September.

Singapore's manufacturing production soared by 16.1% year-on-year in September 2025, rebounding from an upwardly revised 9% drop in the previous month and well above market expectations of a 0.5% gain. It marked the strongest growth since August 2024, as output recovered sharply for electronics (13.2% vs -8.5% in August) and biomedical manufacturing (45.9% vs -37.4%).
