Definition of terms

the concepts contained in Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" are used in the Policy with the same meaning.

Rights

to independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations provided for by Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" and normative legal acts adopted in accordance with it.

Obligations

- to process personal data (hereinafter – PD) in the order established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

- to consider requests from the subject of personal data (hereinafter – the PD subject) on issues of PD processing and provide reasoned responses;

- to provide the PD subject with the opportunity of free access to their PD;

- to take measures to clarify or destruct the PD of the subject in connection with their request with lawful and justified requirements;

- to organize the protection of PD in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;

- to inform the authorized body for the protection of the rights of PD subjects, upon request of this body, of the necessary information within 10 working days from the date of receipt of such request.

Rights

- to full information about their PD processed by the Operator;

- to access their PD, including the right to receive a copy of any record containing their PD, except in cases provided for by federal law;

- to clarify their PD, block or destroy them in cases where the PD is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

- to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (consent may be withdrawn at any time by letter to info@bridgetrue.com with the subject "PD");

- to take legal measures provided for by law to protect their rights.

Obligations

- to provide the Operator with accurate data about themselves;

- to notify the Operator of the clarification (update, change) of their personal data.

Categories of PD subjects

- applicant – an individual who independently fills in the preliminary registration form on the website page and expresses an intention to participate in the XI Russia-Singapore business dialogue;

- website page visitor – an individual who accesses the website page solely for the purpose of viewing information, without filling in the registration form.

Categories of processed PD

- full name;

- email address (e-mail);

- WeChat username;

- post;

- phone number;

- other personal data – technical cookie files.

Cookie files are NOT used for:

- gaining access to your device;

- collecting personal information without your knowledge;

- installing malicious software.

Special categories of PD

the Operator does not process:

- special categories of personal data (racial, national origin, political views, religious beliefs, health status, etc.);

- biometric personal data.

Cross-border transfer of PD

is not carried out

Database localization

The Operator ensures the collection, recording, storage, accumulation, clarification (update, change), use, transfer (provision, access) of personal data using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Purposes

- preliminary registration of participants/speakers;

- correct operation of the website, ensuring its security and performance of basic functions.

Categories and list of processed personal data, categories of subjects whose personal data is processed, methods and terms of their processing for each purpose are defined in the Appendix to the Privacy Policy, which is an essential part thereof.

- with transfer over the internal network of a legal entity;

- with transfer over the Internet.

Condition for starting PD processing

consent to the processing of PD is provided by marking the corresponding checkbox located on the website page.

Deletion and destruction of PD

is carried out in accordance with Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data".

Transfer to third parties

is not carried out.

Legal, organizational and technical measures

- determining threats to PD security during their processing;

- adoption of local normative acts and other documents regulating relations in the field of PD processing and protection;

- appointment of persons responsible for ensuring PD security;

- creation of conditions for working with PD;

- storage of PD under conditions that ensure their safety and exclude unauthorized access to them.

All relations concerning the processing of personal data that are not reflected in this Policy are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
